Hi
I've meant to say how much I enjoyed your essay on Cast On and how funny I felt being able to say the Brownie promise and pledge along with you after all of these years. Then yesterday I noticed that you were commenting on Scarborough Dude and it reminded me that I hadn't come here.

Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment -- it's great for me to know what's appealing to listeners, and it's always a good feeling to hear from folks.
I know what you mean about the promise and pledge -- I felt as if I'd dropped down a time hole when I picked the handbook from the library.
It's amazing how these things stick with us, and pop up when we least expect it.

Hey, Maryjo, thanks for stopping by!
Yes, I'm such a magpie when it comes to colour -- both sweaters are just so cheerful.

I really enjoyed the music on this podcast "episode" It has been years since I listened to the rock song "Valhalla". Thanks for refreshing fond high school memories.

Thanks, Heaven7 -- yeah, I was so tickled when the LedZep cover turned up and was actually podsafe. And I'm with you -- Stairway to Heaven still conjures up images from high school dance for me!
