Here's an easy to make recipe for a tasty home-made Christmas present or host-person gift , that can be whipped up at the last minute (not that you'd procrastinate or anything, right?). The Port Jelly recipe comes from Canadian pastry chef Anna Olson via her Food Network show Sugar.
It's really easy to make, even the version requiring heat-processing of the jars -- wabi sabi's batch took under an hour to make.
